ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS ï»¿

  1. Interview and testing by the Guidance Counselor (for new students)​
  2. Assessments of tuition and other fees at the Treasurer's Office
  3. Secure enrollment form from the Registrar's Office; accomplish the form and presentation of all the required documents, checked and countersigned by the registrar.
  4. Payment of the fees to the cashier
  5. Approval by the Principal.
  6. If for one reason or another, a student pf Assumpta desires to transfer to another school within the year, he / she must secure clearance from the Registrar's Office before his / her Transfer credentials are issued (report card and certificates of transfer).
  7. Cancellation of Enrollment:
  • Within the first week of classes - the student pays 10% of the total tuition due for the school year
  • Within the second week of classes - the student pays 20% of the total tuition due for the school year
  • 50% of the total tuition due for the school year within three weeks after classes starts.
  • ​NO REFUND will be allowed for withdrawal four weeks after classes have begun. Fees other than tuition are NON - REFUNDABLE (DECS have Manual of Regulations).

  1. Miscellaneous fees must be paid in full registration.​
  2. Tuition and other fees:

   Parents and students enter into an agreement upon enrollment regarding the mode payment.
   There are three modes of payment:

 

  • Annual

Full payment upon registration.

- A discount of 5% on tuition only provided the miscellaneous fees are also in full.

 

  • Monthly Payments
  • Twice (semi - annual)

 

  1. Books (textbook, workbooks, and supplementary materials) are available at the Supply Center on cash basis only.
  2. Annual Scholarships

​ 100% discount  on tuition fee

  • ​For those who obtained the First General Excellence Award (Assumpta students / pupils)
  • For incoming Grade 7 who graduated Valedictorian from their class of not less than 50 pupils. The scholarship is only awarded upon presentation of a certification from the Principal of the school last attended.

​ 50% discount on tuition fee

  • For those who obtained the Second General Excellence Award (Assumpta students / pupils)
  • For incoming Grade 7 that graduated Salutatorian from their class of 50 or more pupils, also duly certified by the Principal of the Elem. School.



Full, half and 1/4 Tuition discounts to incoming Grade 7 that passed the Assumpta Scholarship Test.

  1. ​Family Discounts - (non - transferable) this is granted to children of the same family
  • 15% - for the 3rd brother / sister on tuition only
  • 30% - for the 4th brother / sister on tuition only
  • ​55% - for the 5th brother / sister on tuition only
