SCHOOL DISCIPLINE

Major Offenses

EXPULSION:



  1. Using, possessing, distributing or peddling illegal drugs or ï»¿hallucinogenic agents.
  2. Carrying deadly weapons, firearms, bladed or pointed or sharpened objects and explosives within the school campus.
  3. Threatening or coercing, molesting, agitating or intimidating any person in the school community
  4. Stealing school records or test papers and or forging, altering or misusing documents like admission slips, official receipts ang the like.
  5. Immoral and vulgar sexual acts inside and outside the campus such as: a. pre-marital sex b. prostitution c. homosexuality d. living-in.
  6. Direct assault upon any member of the school community or grave threats to inflict harm on other's life or property such as death threats, rape, black-mail.
  7. Hazing or initiation of any kind either inside or outside of the school campus or recruitment of a student to join any unrecognized organization, fraternity, sorority and the like.
  8. Theft, robbery, murder, rape, and willful abortion.
  9. Libel or malicious defamation expressed either in writing, printing, or by signs or pictures of the like or public theatrical exhibitions.
  10. Showing, exhibiting or exposing nudity or half nakedness in print media, broadcast, film, movie, video CD, DVD, or the internet.
  11. Grave dishonestly.
  12. Bribing or accepting bribe from a fellow student or school personnel.
  13. Possession or distribution subversive materials.
  14. All acts committed by any student in violating of the Revised Penal Code of the Philippines.
  15. Portrayal of erotic behavior or words made to arouse sexual excitement and or depiction of mere description of lewdness.



EXCLUSION:



  1. Maligning the Catholic Church and other religious and their teachings and practices.
  2. Fighting or any violet acts causing physical injury and group fighting.
  3. Acts such as public and malicious imputations of a crime, vice or defect, or any act, omission, condition, status or circumstance tending to cause dishonor, discredit or contempt to the name of school.
  4. An act of conspiring together to dishonor or malign the school and its school personnel or his/her fellow students.
  5. Portrayal  the erotic behavior/words made to arouse sexual excitement and or depiction of mere description of lewdness.
  6. Bringing alcoholic drinks, drinking or being under the influence of liquor in any amount.
  7. Vandalism and destruction of school property, like tearing off or defacing any library book or periodicals writing or carving or drawing on the walls and furniture and the like.
  8. Unauthorized collection of money or other instruments used as equivalent for money from any member of the school community without the necessary approval.
  9. Willful defamation and disrespect in words or deeds committed towards fellow students or to the school personnel.
  10. Publication or circulation of false and inaccurate information about his/her fellow students or about the school and its school personnel.
  11. Possession and distribution of libelous publications, writings or other materials.
  12. Unauthorized use of school property and equipments.



SUSPENSION:



  1. Dishonestly like cheating during examination, taking part or all of the money intended for tuition without the knowledge of the parents, guardians, and benefactors.
  2. Gambling in any form inside the campus.
  3. Smoking inside the campus.
  4. Participation in beauty pageant without proper permission and/or information from the school authority.
  5. ​Public display of imitate and amorous gestures.
  6. Possession or distribution of pornographic materials.
  7. Using another person's ID, lending ID to another, using two or more IDs
  8. Unauthorized removal or tampering of notices posted for information.
  9. Representing the school in meetings or conferences without authorization.
  10. Wearing or using important identification or symbol of the school such as logo, zeal, or using the name of the school without permission.
  11. Tampering or mutilating the student ID. 

​Minor Offense

  1. Violating the campus dress code.
  2. Posting of unauthorized notices, announcements on boards or posting of announcements outside the authorized bulletin board.
  3. Throwing of refuse outside the trashcan.
  4. Unauthorized use of blackboards.
  5. Loitering in corridors during class sessions.
  6. The use of abusive or obscene language.
  7. Putting up of feet on chairs and tables or sitting on the arm of the chair.
  8. Eating or drinking inside the classroom.
  9. Wearing of face rings for women.
  10. Wearing of earrings/face rings for men inside the campus.

Other Offenses

  1. Incomplete uniform.
  2. Improper haircut or style (i.e. dyed hair, punk style)
  3. Borrowing or lending of Assumpta ID, uniform or permit to fellow students or outsiders.
  4. Irregular attendance: cutting of classes, habitual unjustified tardiness, loitering during class hours, skipping from class activities and boisterous (shouting, running during class periods).
